By entering and using this website you are agreeing to the following:
1. Use of these products is entirely at the risk and discretion of the user and BushBarista will not be responsible for any use or misuse of the products sold herein.
2. I am not a law enforcement officer, government agent or informant and I am not in any way entering this site for the purpose of gathering information for the purpose of prosecuting the owners or representatives of BushBarista

4. You understand and agree to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the use of the product/s as well as the instructions contained herein.

6. During sales (Black Friday Sale, etc) reward points will not be allocated.
Privacy Policy
BushBarista shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Customer details will be stored by BushBarista separately from card details which are entered by the client on Yoco’s secure site. For more detail on Yoco Payments refer to www.yoco.com
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the BushBarista bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for BushBarista via Yoco who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Yoco uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.yoco.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
Free Delivery & Dispatch
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1/2 working days and delivery information will be confirmed by email.
We do offer free courier delivery on all orders above R2,000
Return and Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by BushBarista is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BushBarista will refund the client in full within 5 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract administration fee.
Item Returned to Shipper / Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have provided BushBarista with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping costs as well as the re-delivery costs.
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address upon placing the order on BushBarista website. While checking out, the buyer will have a chance to review the shipping information before submitting the order. BushBarista will ship the order to the address as it appears on their website. BushBarista is not responsible for items shipped to a wrong or incomplete address.
Custom Duties, Taxes, VAT, Fees
When the receiver is located outside the South Africa territory, BushBarista is not responsible for any extra financial charges the customer may incur when collecting/clearing the shipped item.
Regarding our Reward Point system
Reward Points are granted to online purchases only. Reward Points would not be issued for orders that are already benefiting from other discounts such as Coupon Code or Discount Vouchers. Reward Points will also not be awarded to orders linked to our Affiliate Program.
BushBarista also reserve the right to withdraw or withhold reward points to offset unforeseen shipping costs.
Detailed description of goods
BushBarista is an online platform for users to purchase beverages and associated products. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by those changed conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must stop using the site and leave it immediately. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller, or their respective affiliates, directors, officers or shareholders, of any aromatherapy products on this website shall be held responsible for the misuse of the same or the misuse of any oil or botanical. You, the purchaser and/or user of this device, are responsible for your own use of such products.
Before you make a purchase through our online store, we highly recommend to carefully research the product that you are intending on purchasing. Any return/exchange must be in brand new condition and “unused”. If you would like additional information about the product you are interested in please feel free to call our office and ask us questions. We are well experienced and very knowledgeable and would be happy to assist you in finding the beverage that is right for you.
The items contained in this site are consumer products and not medical products. If while using a beverage you experience any adverse effects, you should consult a physician. Our products are not intended to cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
BushBarista takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BushBarista.
Variation
BushBarista may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
